Jazz on A Saturday night in Austin Texas part 1

Brannen Temple

We went to see the Brannen Temple Group at the Elephant Room in Austin Tx this past Saturday. It was the inaugural show for this particular line up including Brannen on drums, Ephraim Owens on trumpet, James Robinson on vocals, Nick Clark on bass and Carter Thomas Arrington on guitar. 

It had been too long since I'd been out to see live music and forgot just how much I love seeing excellent musicians doing their thing in a small venue.

If you have a chance to see any of these guys play, do yourself a favor and do it.
